Watchdog group says Chevron complicit in Myanmar
April 29, 2008: (Reuters) New York: A human rights watchdog group on Tuesday accused Chevron Corp (CVX.N: Quote, Profile, Research) of complicity in human rights abuses along a natural gas pipeline in Myanmar in which it holds a stake and said Chevron could be sued.

"Bangladesh has to swift to other power sources as natural gas is about to exhaust. "I expect 2008 and 2009 will be good years for service companies," Kyaw Kyaw Hlaing, managing director of Smart Technical Services Company, told the weekly newspaper.
